Leadership Niagara is an organization that tecahes individuals to become leaders by helping them develop the skills and characteristics they need to become effective in business - and in the community.

The program has grown exponentially and broken new ground over the years.  They now offer three graduate level credits from Niagara University for those who complete the program.  And Executive Director Molly Anderson just returned from a trip to Haiti to expand the group's international outreach.

Graduates of the program say it's life-changing.  Class of 2010 member Andrea Pitruzella says, "I think Leadership Niagara beyond anything else has empowered me as a leader with contacts, information, and knowledge."
