NF Police Release Photos of Car Involved in Fatal Hit & Run | News

NIAGARA FALLS, NY - Niagara Falls Police have released surveillance pictures of a car they say was involved in a fatal hit and run that killed a young mother.
The accident happened at the intersection of Hyde Park Boulevard and Jerauld Avenue around 10:10 p.m. June 18th.
Nicole Rodriguez was with her 6-year-old at the time of the accident.
Rodriguez and her son were initially taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from the scene.
The boy was then taken to Women and Children's Hospital where he was released to his father.
The pictures show the vehicle leaving the scene. They were taken from a nearby store's surveillance system.
Police are looking for an older model maroon vehicle. They describe it is as "boxy" vehicle with front-end damage and a possible broken window. If you see the vehicle, you're asked to call 911.
