My favorite restaurant is Garlocks in Lockport, I have been to many restaurants but the service, the food the atmosphere, the prices, YOU truly can not beat this place! If your looking for great prime rib and steaks, great service and reasonable prices, THIS is the place!

Niagara University Named to Chronicle’s Honor Roll of 'Great Colleges to Work For'

Niagara University ranks as one of the top colleges and universities to work for among medium-size institutions in the United States, according to a survey released today by The Chronicle of Higher Education.

Niagara was also the only Western New York institution named to the Honor Roll of “Great Colleges to Work For” based on the number of times it was listed in 12 individual recognition categories examined in the nationwide survey. The Honor Roll features 42 colleges and universities recognized for creating exceptional work environments.

Niagara was ranked prominently in four of the 12 categories, including Confidence in Senior Leadership; Work/Life Balance; Professional/Career Development Programs; and Respect and Appreciation

Best Taste in Buffalo: Jim's Steakout

My vote for the Best Taste in Buffalo goes to Jim's Steakout because it's my kids favorite place to eat! They have a great menu that is both adult and kid friendly. My kids range in age from 8-17 and they all can agree on Jim's! One of my favorites as well! The steak hoagie is to die for!   My 11 year old son would be in heaven if we win this! He would ask to go daily!

We visit the newer location in Lockport as it's the closest to home! Love them all though!

I think the best place to eat in WNY is The Western Door at the Seneca Niagara Casino.

The food is always high quality and cooked to perfection. The service is superb too.

My favorite dish is the surf & turf: a filet mignon & a lobster tail. It's just the best!

The best place in WNY for food is a little Italian Restaurant called Leon’s Bistro & Pizzeria.

It’s on Porter Road in Niagara Falls, just down from the Niagara Falls Airport. The Tortellini Calabrese is oh, so yummy and the Chicken Marsala is THE best I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced as well.
