NOW ACCEPTING VIDEO SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2015 NCCC VIDEO FESTIVAL

$200 TO 1ST PRIZE WINNERS IN EACH CATEGORY!!!


Are you a local filmmaker looking to get your work seen and possibly earn recognition and a cash award? The NCCC Video Festival wants you!

NCCC’s Digital Media Program is once again hosting the 2015 NCCC Video Festival: a video contest open to all ages and all levels of expertise. There are two separate divisions in the contest: one for high school students and our film and videomakers under the age of eighteen, with parental consent, and the other for adults. The submission fee is $10 per video and for both divisions, a prize of $200 will be awarded to the winners in each of the festival’s six categories: Comedy, Drama, Music Video, Animation, Experimental and Documentary. The festival itself is FREE and open to the public!

The NCCC Video Festival will be held Saturday May 9th on the NCCC Sanborn campus. The event offers prizes, screenings, red-carpet interviews, video production workshops, sponsor exhibits, and an opportunity for video enthusiasts from all over Western New York to meet and showcase their talents.


Workshops are $5 per class and will include:

Video Storytelling with videographer/editor, Kevin Minderler

Documentary Video Production with documentary producer, Paul Lamont

Audio for Video with audio producer/voice talent Pat Feldballe

Animation with animator and instructor Liz Van Verth.
