NCCC Seeks Videos for 2014 VIDEO FESTIVAL - $200 for 1st prize winners!!!


If you are a local filmmaker looking to get your work seen and, possibly, earn recognition and a cash award, the NCCC Video Festival wants you.

NCCC’s Digital Media Program is once again hosting a video festival and contest that is open to all ages and all levels of expertise. A prize of $200 will be awarded to the winners in each of the festival’s five categories: comedy, drama, music video, animation, and documentary.  There are two separate divisions in the contest, one for high school students and the other for adults.

The NCCC Video Festival will be held Saturday May 17, on the NCCC Sanborn campus.  The event offers prizes, screenings, video production workshops, sponsor exhibits, and an opportunity for video enthusiasts from all over Western New York to meet and showcase their talents.

Workshops to be offered include: 

Video Storytelling with videographer/editor, Kevin Minderler (Minderler Video & Film),

Documentary Video Production with documentary producer, Paul Lamont (Toward Castle Films),

Audio for Video with audio producer/voice talent Pat Feldballe (Pat Feldballe Productions).
