Niagara Regional Police in Ontario Seeking 'Armed and Dangerous' Suspect


NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO, CANADA - On January 28, 2011, at approximately 3:30 pm, a male entered the Niagara Falls Centre Pharmacy located at 6453 Morrison Street in the City of Niagara Falls. The male waited several minutes inside before approaching the pharmacy counter. At that time, the male lowered a ski mask over his face and brandished a hand gun. The male went behind the pharmacy counter and directed pharmacy staff to provide him with narcotics. 

The male obtained prescribed narcotics and placed them inside a dark coloured duffle bag that he was carrying over his shoulder. He then left the pharmacy to a vehicle parked in the front, where he was last seen driving west bound on Morrison Street towards Dorchester Road. 

No staff or patrons were injured in the robbery. 

The Niagara Regional Police Service were notified of the robbery and members of the Two District Criminal Investigation Bureau are now investigating the incident. The vehicle the male left the pharmacy in was recovered by the police at the parking lot at 6777 Morrison Street, near Dorchester Road. 

The male responsible for the robbery is described as white with tan skin, having a round head and a thin gaunt face. He is approximately 5’8” tall and 150 pounds with a medium build. The male had scruffy facial hair, possibly a “chin strap” style beard with scars or acne on his face and appeared unkempt. He was wearing a winter toque and gloves, a dark coloured ¾ length jacket with dark pants that were tucked into his socks. His shoes are described as dark coloured running shoes with “shock absorbers” under the heels. 

UPDATE #1 After further investigation the suspect in this armed robbery has been identified at Daniel Davison, 24 years of age. Davison was last known to be living in the St Catharines, Ontario area but has ties to Fort Erie and London, Ontario. A warrant has been issued for his arrest on charges of Armed Robbery, Disguise with intent and several charges relating to the stolen vehicle used in the commission of this offence. 

Davison is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS and if observed should not be approached. 

If Davison is observed please contact your local police service Davison is described as male, white, 5 foot 8 inches tall weighing 160 pounds. He has long black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his hands and arms including the phase LOST SOUL in which the word LOST is tattooed on right hand fingers and the word SOUL tattooed on his left hand fingers.
